    chi-kung.pngWhat is Chi Kung? (Qigong in Pinyin Mandarin) To understand the definition of Chi Kung, one must first understand the definition of Chi. Chi is defined as "the circulating life energy that in Chinese philosophy is thought to be inherent in all things". Kung (or Kung Fu) is defined as "learned skill", or "hard work". So simply stated, Chi Kung means "energy cultivation", or "energy work".
