This is a great article because it explains a lot of the heritage and history behind the style...Like the founder Sam Dot...information on the way society(specifically the Kung Fu society) was in the past, during the time of the 3rd Generation Grand Master Lee Siem and his story...and some differences between Kung Fu and Karate...some specific characteristics of Jook Lum Southern Praying Mantis Kung Fu...and some qualities of Grand Master Gin Foon Mark...it is a very informative article
