Happy New Year everybody!

This year is the year of the ox. It is a year for diligence, paced perseverance, sincerity, honesty and tolerance. The Ox symbolizes hard work and loyalty so continue to be true to your principles and allow yourself to trust that if your heart is in the right place the universe will bring you what you need.

We held our annual celebration at World Headquarters on Sunday, and it was as profound as ever. I'm working to get all the footage up on the site, but in the meantime, enjoy this clip of Master Mark's demonstration!

	Wow, I remember taking lessons in 1965 or 66, in Brooklyn, the bldg. was right under the bridge. Mr. Mark spoke little english then but after Tommy taught a class Mr Mark would always demonstrated the practical use of the moves. Good to see him still moving and teaching.
